Carbonluck Holds Carbon-Neutral Seminar at World's Tallest Green Building
Jun 14, 2023
Carbonluck CarbonTrends Talk
Against the backdrop of increasingly serious global climate change, carbon credit trading and offsetting have become important means for both enterprises and individuals to reduce their carbon footprint. To further promote carbon neutrality knowledge and actions, CarbonLuck held a "CarbonTrends Talk" on June 8, 2023, in Taipei 101 Tower, the tallest green building in the world.
The seminar invited Cathy Lee, the partner of Deloitte, and Carrie Chuang, the General Manager of the Executive Center. Both experts shared insightful perspectives on net-zero emission trends and responsive strategies, pointing out how businesses can gain competitive advantages through carbon reduction actions.
The event also invited Matt, the CEO of CarbonLuck, who explained how to calculate the carbon emissions of the seminar and how to achieve carbon neutrality through carbon credit trading. It's worth mentioning that this seminar also practiced the concept of carbon neutrality. According to pre-event data collection and statistics, the seminar generated a total of 923.73 kg of carbon dioxide. We purchased 2 tonnes of carbon credits through CarbonLuck Carbon Credit Exchange to offset it, ensuring that the event achieved its carbon-neutral goal.
Trend Seminar Series, Leading the Future
CarbonLuck plans to hold trend talks at irregular intervals, allowing enterprises and individuals to quickly obtain accurate information and knowledge in the carbon field to face the challenges of the future carbon era. This talk not only provided practical carbon neutrality information and strategies but also put the concept of carbon neutrality into practice, making it undoubtedly a successful event. We look forward to more such seminars in the future, driving society towards a low-carbon, green future.
